Great hotel! Comfortable bed! Everything was so clean and the whole place smelled great. Very nice room layout and nice walk-in shower.
This was a great hotel to stay at. Rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was good. Hotel staff was friendly. I am a Hilton Diamond member and can definitely recommend this property.
Great Hotel with great staff! I enjoyed the fire! The pool could use a spa for the adults but other than that, it's a wonderful place for a family!
Great stay! Clean, great staff, and great location. We brought pur pup and he also enjoyed his stay. Love the coffee bar in the lobby! My only recommendations are a dedicated potty space with waste bags/disposal can and I'd love to have bacon as a breakfast option. GREAT STAy
Safe and clean hotel! The beds were awesome had a good night sleep. We have no complaints, but a suggestion to make more breakfast options like include cut fruits, pancakes etc.
I stayed here on a longer road trip, so I was just in for the night. My room was super spacious and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and not too busy at 8am. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. This hotel is in a good spot for access off the highway, but doesn't feel like it's in an unsafe area. I would stay here again when in Springfield!

Good location. Plenty of food and shops close by. Staff is friendly. Good breakfast. Room bathroom could be cleaned better. Found some mold spots. Nothing crazy but could use some more attention. I would stay here in the future.
